2、Product warranty
      The products we supply guarantee repair all the life . Our users can enjoy no less than our country provision to repair free in time limits .We can offer the paid service to user out of the time limits according to the unified expenses stand

3、Interpretation of guaranty: Guaranteed means guaranteeing maintenance in guarantee period , namely once users bought our products, we guarantee to maintain product while being after sale.
4、If our products have a failure in guarantee period,users must process the maintenance by the purchase invoice and product maintenance letter,and the series number of product must be unanious with the one in the letter.If there are no invoices, guarantee the certificate to calculate with the serial number of the products that guarantees time limit , Users will not enjoy free service if they do not have two, but we promise to offer the paid service to user all. We will collect the overhaul fee and fittings fee from users according to our unified expenses standard.
5、Repairing,exchanging,sending back obligation provision:
      5.1、The performance trouble takes place in 15 days from the day of selling (subject to invoice date ), consumers can choose to send back goods , exchange goods or repair ;
      5.2、 The performance trouble takes place in 30 days from the day of selling (subject to invoice date ), consumers can choose to exchange goods or repair ;
      5.3、 In guaranteeing the repair free of charge issue,if the product still can't use normally after numerous maintenance (maintain two or more times ), consumers require to replace,we will handle according to our country provision;
      5.4、 If qualified to change in mintenance, but because we do not have the same type and specification products, and customer is unwilling to change other type , specification products, we send back goods;
      5.5、qualified to change planes in guaranteeing the repair free of charge one, it is of the same type with the specification products that we have, and consumers demand to send back goods, we send back goods, collect the depreciation charge from consumers according to the fixed standard at this moment ;
      5.6、The term of validity of three guarantees after exchanging goods is calculated again from the day of exchanging goods .
      5.7、The commodity packaging , appearance of retreating , exchanging goods must be intact, the enclosure must be complete, otherwise we do not handle .
6、Inapplibility and restrict
      belongs to one of the following situations, do not enjoy retreating free , change and free " three guarantees " :
      1) Damage caused by consumers using , safeguarding , keeping improperly and ;
      2) Damage caused by moving or repairing without permission;
      3) There are no three guarantees evidence and effective invoice;
      4) Do not correspond to marque or alter in type on the three guarantees evidence;
      5) Damage caused by unresistable strength;
The above-mentioned situations, we promise to offer the paid service to user.
